Brent has over 30 years of experience in architecture, building design, detailing and project administration. He is licensed to practice Architecture in 15 states. The scope of his experience includes the design of numerous local eateries as well as managing major building programs for multi-unit national clients. This experience has provided him the skills necessary to handle difficult and complex design problems as well as sensitive construction administration issues.
Brent Bueche will be the Principal-in-Charge of the project and will handle client meetings, over all design and direction of the project, quality control and construction administration.
Rob Gray
Coordination & Production
Rob Gray will serve as our Project Manager and will coordinate the design both in-house and with our consultants. He has over 20 years of experience in architecture, building design, project management and construction administration. He has been the project manager of local, state, national, and international projects with construction costs starting at $50,000 and ranging up to and exceeding $100 million. Project types consisted of a wide array including hospitality, commercial, institutional, public, religious, correctional, new construction, renovations, and storm restoration.
Rob Gray will be Project Manager / Lead Architect – Coordination, day-to-day project management and coordination, primary contractor contact, permitting, and coordination with consultants in-house design and administrative team
Joe Killian
Structural ENGINEER
BBI is lucky to have Joe Killian. Joe was a former client that has remained in contact with Brent over many years. He has designed commercial and industrial facilities across the globe and after upon returning home from an extended time overseas he has semi-retired and works for BBI and in-house structural engineer, mentor to all and all around calming influence.
Joe Killian has 30+ years of progressive experience as a Project Manager and Civil Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, South Carolina and North Carolina. In addition to restaurants, Joe has designed structural steel and concrete structures and foundations for petrochemical facilities, off-shore platforms and industrial facilites. Louisiana Generating in New Roads, LA. Marathon Garyville Major Expansion Civil Engineer. ExxonMobil and LOOP responsible charge design experience. Bridge and roadway engineer with HNTB Corp. for projects including I-49 and Natchez Mississippi Bridge.

Raul Valdez and his crew have been working with BBI for approximately 7 years. EDS is a full service electrical engineering firm that also specializes in lighting design. They have designed projects for Dairi-O, CC’s Coffee Houses, Reel Cajun Foods, Rotolo’s, and many other brands.

Jason Crumb is a licensed Mechanical Engineer in approximately a dozen states across the South. BBI has worked with Crumb team on most of our multi unit production work. They have designed projects for Dairi-O, CC’s Coffee Houses, Burger King, Popeye’s, Starbucks, KFC, and many other brands.
interior design
BBI handles most interior design, furniture selection, and custom interior design work in house with one of our talented designers. However, when the situation arises or the client needs single source design and production capabilities we have long established relationships with two of the nation’s perennial interiors firms.

From time-to-time, a need arises for something to be custom designed. BBI has a broad contact list of industrial designers, equipment designers, furniture designers, environmental engineers, inspectors, etc… to call upon should the need arise.
